Accessibility statement

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Legal basis

Accessibility here is provided under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. Regulation 35A(a) requires an internet service to be made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, at level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0.

Accessibility audit

On 5 October 2026 the site underwent a professional accessibility audit against Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA.

Before that, on 27 September 2026, we carried out an internal review: automated testing with axe-core, and manual checks of keyboard use, the structure screen readers read, colour contrast, zoom, and reflow on narrow screens. What we found has been fixed; what is still not fully accessible is listed below.

What is present on this site

What is present on this site
Keyboard navigationEvery page and every form can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every element and a skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
Screen readersA hierarchical, semantic heading structure, alternative text for images (decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology), labelled form fields, and error messages programmatically associated with the field they relate to.
Reduced motionThe site honours the prefers-reduced-motion system setting: when it is on, animations and transitions are disabled. The moving strip on the homepage also has its own pause button.
Text and contrastColour contrast designed to the standard; text can be enlarged without loss of content or function; relative sizing and a layout that adapts to narrow screens.
Accessibility toolsA keyboard-operable panel offers text-size, contrast and link-highlighting preferences. These preferences are stored in this browser and can be reset.
Bilingual and directionalThe entire site exists in Hebrew and English, with full right-to-left and left-to-right support and a link between the two versions on every page.
Third-party contentThe site carries no third-party advertising or sponsored content.

Adjustments not yet completed

These are the known gaps:

  • The self-assessment requires JavaScript. The questions and what they test are listed in plain text on the same page, and the practice can be contacted directly.
  • A mistyped address in the Hebrew version leads to a bilingual error page whose menu is in English.
  • Screen readers — testing covered the structure screen readers rely on, not every combination of screen reader and browser.
  • Official documents we link to, such as the Privacy Protection Authority’s opinion (a Hebrew PDF), are published by others and may not be fully accessible. The site itself offers no PDF documents.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you encounter something that is not accessible, or you need an adjustment in order to receive a service, please tell the practice and it will be dealt with.

Please describe the problem, the page where it occurred, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. Reports will be reviewed and addressed as soon as practicable.

If your report is not answered, or you are not satisfied with how it was handled, you may also contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice.
